CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee is 600 PLN per participant. The fee covers: conference materials, excursion, a bus from Prague and back, and a guarded parking at the Bornit hotel. The fee must be paid into the following bank account:

Note that all bank charges have to be fully covered by the participant.
Accompanying persons do not pay the conference fee.
On 4 January 2013, Bank Zachodni WBK merged with Kredyt Bank S.A.. The banks are now in the process of integration. Till September 2013 the name Kredyt Bank S.A. is valid. However, in some bank systems under the above swift code there is Bank Zachodni WBK. It is now also correct.
